FREE PRACTICE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

We need beta testers to use our newly completed total practice management program. This program has been developed and tested for over three years and can perform the following tasks:

1) Soap Notes Documentation

2) Waiting room kiosk application for patient sign-in and documentation of subjective complaints.

3) Integration of SOAP information automatically into Billing Data

4) Electronic and Paper Insurance billing

5) Patient Billing

6) Insurance payment posting

7) Appointment Scheduling

8) Scanning Records into patients accounts

9) Office Reports (i.e. insurance aging report, day sheets, patient ledgers, birthday and patient recall lists)

10) Office Statistics (i.e. New Patient average, Pt. visit average, Gross $ per visit average, Net $ per visit average, Case totals, Insurance company totals, CPT and ICD 9 codes totals)

11) Works with automatic patient appointment reminder using Phone Tree services

12) Networking over unlimited work station clients

This program has been developed using SQL server and C# language, both are Microsoft’s gold standard tools in graphic user interface programming. What this means in a nutshell is that all patient information is recorded and retrieved in the easiest and fastest way possible saving you time and money.

Also a complementary computer and monitor, free of charge, are included for your waiting room patient sign-in kiosk.
